Pickup time 12pm at the Clinton Ferry Terminal
Enjoy a 20min ferry boat ride coming from the mainland and when you arrive on Whidbey Island you will be greeted at the Clinton Ferry terminal side in a stretched limousine.
Take a walking tour of the Historic Downtown Coupeville & Wharf. Coupeville is one of the oldest towns in Washington State. Visit the Island County Museum and learn about the Indigenous People and the settlers. Explore fine dining options and experience world famous Penn Cove Mussels to casual dining.
Fort Casey Historical State Park was one of three forts the government built known as the "Triangle of Fire. Construction began in 1897. Take a walking tour and explore this compound with catacomb-like bunkers and batteries. The 1903 vintage lighthouse has its interpretive center and gift shop and closes at 5pm.
This bridge is one of the scenic wonders of the Pacific Northwest. It spans over Canoe Pass (North End) and over Deception Pass (South End) and Pass Island lies between the two bridges. Construction began in 1934 and in 1982, the bridge was listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
Ferry departs from Mukilteo Ferry at 11:30am. Walk On's is strongly recommended. Dress accordingly to current weather conditions. Non-alcoholic beverages are provided free of charge. This is an all-day event. Bring your own snacks is recommended and plan to have lunch around 1:15pm in Coupeville. Trip ends at 7pm at the Clinton Ferry terminal.
